Same Mosaic logo. Fresh, new brand identity.

Twenty years post-launch, Mosaic hired us again to refresh their brand. The goal was to keep the logo the same, while creating global consistency in how the brand appears in all applications across all regions while allowing flexibility for cultural nuances.

Using an inclusive, research-driven process, we evolved the brand strategy, created a formal key message platform and developed a visual identity system designed to ensure consistency while allowing flexibility for global adaptation.

In the new system, the Mosaic brand is visually connected with the company’s signature brands to ensure stakeholders understand the connection. Establishing a more consistent and visible connection between Mosaic and its brands, helps to clarify and define the relationship.

Templates and comprehensive brand guidelines enable internal and external brand consistency across all communications. Consistent adaptation to all digital media was a key part of the refreshed brand identity — from video and motion graphics to animation.
